The beginning of work of Sistematika, which is the subsidiary of the joint-stock company Achema, is closely related to the history of this joint stock company and the time when in 1964 there was established an automation subdivision in the then enterprise Azotas. The automation department was growing together with the whole enterprise and in 1999 it was restructured into the separate branch of the stock company Achema and named Sistematika.
